You don’t think of packaged food as healthy but according to Women’s Health magazine — such a thing exists.

Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, guacamole, French toast sticks, shells and cheese—who knew they could actually be good for you? The nutritionists at Women’s Health magazine have created a list of the 125 best packaged foods for women which is featured in the September issue, on newsstands now.  With the help of Women’s Health, you can choose the right brands to enjoy healthier varieties of all your favorites.

  1. I recently got some organic ketchup (I got fed up with the high-fructose corn syrup in the national brands) and was surprised at the flavor possibilities other than sweet.

    The color is not as vibrant red as those with dyes added. It’s funny how color affects our perception of food. Remember the green and purple ketchups from several years ago? Tasted the same but I just couldn’t bring myself to buy it again.
