I have looked at a couple websites, used background knowledge and others help to try and come up with a list of the best fruit to eat.
Here it goes…

Oranges are a great fruit because they are high in vitamin C and they can fight off scurvy. They are also a source of dietary fiber.
Blueberries are not only tasty, but they are a great source of potassium along with other vitamins. They also help keep your memory intact and are good for your urinary tract.
Strawberries are my favorite fruit 🙂 but more importantly, they contain numerous vitamins.
Pomegranates are known for having antioxidants, but they also are high in vitamins and even lower your risk for heart disease.
