Apparently pairing wine with oysters is not an easy task but one that Jon Rowley works hard at every year and those food experts who are lucky enough to be the judges are glad that he does.
Who wouldn’t want to taste 132 wines with Kumamoto oysters while collectively exploring what the “bliss factor”.
It’s a fishy job but someone has got to do it and the cream of the crop of food writers have been chosen for the task.
