Fried chicken is not very healthy….it doesn’t take a genius to figure this out….but what can be done to be healthier?
Just a single Extra Crispy Chicken breast at KFC has a whopping 440 calories, 27 grams of fat, and 970 mg of sodium…. That’s crazy because a lot of people eat more than one of these chicken breasts at a time. But what can be done? Eating the chicken without the fatty skin makes the meal a lot healthier and only provides 2 grams of fat and 140 calories.
