I live in Arizona and am able to buy Eurofresh hot house tomatoes. A luscious slice of tomato on a burger (meat or veggie) or tucked into a grilled cheese sandwich never disappoints. Add fresh tomatoes to green salads sprinkled with bleu cheese or slice tomatoes, drizzle with good olive oil or EVOO and chopped basil.
