I remember when I was on Weight Watchers many years ago and the recommendation was to eat fish at least three times a week. At that time I didn’t like fish so it was a real struggle.
Fish is a healthy choice providing it’s not riddled with mercury. Fish has omega-3 fats, the good fats that fight heart disease and macular degeneration. A study even said that pregnant women who ate fish had less hyperactive children. Hmm, now that’s a thought that needs to swim upstream a bit before I believe it.
I am trying to eat more fish. If you have any fast and healthy recipes, please post them here.
