  1. I love tomato soup and tomatoes in general. I remember growing up and spaghetti was my favorite meal — I even did a report on it for a Girl Scout badge and remember that I had to look under “macaroni” for the history of the food product. (The librarian helped me with this one!)

    Anyway, I remember noticing that I did not feel a need to eat any additional vegetables when I ate spaghetti. Funny how your body can tell you what it needs and does not need.
