Halloween is this Friday and all over, people are getting ready to celebrate. Whether it be going to a party, passing out candy, or actually trick or treating, most people during Halloween eat the candy. I love Halloween candy, and I’m sure you do too, but how bad is it really for you?
I was reading articles, and I found one, especially shocking about Halloween candy. I always knew candy wasn’t good, but could a fun size candy bar really be that bad? Yes!! On this article (link listed below), it contains nutrition facts about various candies.
The one candy that really shocked me was Butterfinger. A bite size Butterfinger is 4 grams of fat and 100 calories. Ouch! That could put a dent in a diet.
