Exercise everyday is very important, but lots of people claim to never have time to workout. Yes, I am a very busy person and I find it hard to work out sometimes, but it has been proven that working out 30 minutes a day, five days a week, with healthier eating, will help you loose weight. And even if you are not trying to loose weight, it is still important to work out. I have a lot of friends who are skinnier than I am, but when it comes to actually being healthy, I am a lot healthier, in better shape internally, and healthier as a whole. So, main point, working out is important. But finding time to work out really isn’t that hard. It’s a matter of self motivation and if you actually want to find time to work out. Thirty minutes a day is not bad. That means waking up at 6:30, instead of 7, or skipping 30 minutes of TV. If you go to a gym, you might even be lucky enough to work out while watching tv on new workout machines, but whatever you do, WORKING OUT IS VERY IMPORTANT and a necessity in order for our country to stay healthy. We can do it!
