Delicious succulent melons…the riper the better
How to serve a melon:
–Slice, quarter or use a baller and serve au natural.
–Remove the seeds and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fruit or cocoanut sorbet.
–Scoop and add to the blender with a little juice or water and muddled mint for a fresca
Always scrub the melon’s outside before eating.
