The word gluten has recently exploded into the culinary glossary. There has always been glutenÂ (wheat) free products which were hard by or in specialty stores but in the past few years, gluten and celiac disease are practically household words.
I stumbled on a delicious blog called Glutenagogo. What I liked about it is how personable it is. I feel like I’m in the kitchen with “Sheltie Girl” as she whips up wheat-free recipes that I can almost taste.
For instance, this website uses a whole new batch of ingredients such as agave nectar, brown rice flour, guar gum, coconut milk, coconut flour, millet.
